The place was neat and offered easy access to tourist spots. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. The convenience of having a parking spot was a plus, but it could have been better maintained. The view outside the window was beautiful.
The automatic parking gate system was slow and unresponsive at times, which caused long waiting times to go in and out of the premises. The Wi-Fi connection in our room was weak and unstable, making it difficult to use our devices.

the location was also very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room was comfortable and provided a good night's rest.
The parking door system could be improved as there were some instances where the front desk staff didn't hear the car and caused delays in entering or exiting the parking area. This was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience.

We had a great stay at the hotel! the location was convenient with friendly staff. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. the on-site facilities, like the parking, were helpful for our family with 2 small kids. We enjoyed the panoramic view from the terrace and appreciated the swift room service.
The parking door system could use some improvement, as sometimes the wait to get in or out was longer than we would have liked.

I had a great stay in this city thanks to the hotel. Everything was clean and the staff were incredibly nice. They had a great attitude and were always helpful. The location was also really convenient and easy to find.
